Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the uniquepixel B2B partner-discovery service operated by ASYP Handelsgesellschaft mbH.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Information supplied during registration must be accurate and kept current.

Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful business research and related internal business purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use exported data in violation of applicable privacy, marketing, or communications law.

Business data

The service aggregates public website information and business contact data. Data can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it or contacting a person or organization.

Exports and rescans

Export and rescan features are provided for authorized account use. You remain responsible for how exported data is stored, secured, and used.

AI assistants (MCP)

You may connect AI assistants to your account through the Model Context Protocol. Actions an assistant performs through a connection you approved are treated as actions of your account. The same access rules, limits, and permitted uses apply as on the website; you must not use an assistant to circumvent them, for example by automated mass extraction of contact data. You are responsible for the assistant you choose and its provider. You can disconnect assistants at any time under Settings → Connected apps.

Connected mailboxes

You may connect only mailboxes you are authorized to use, and you enter their passwords only on our website. Your assistant can then read messages, save drafts, and, only if you enable it for that mailbox, send emails within the daily limit you set. Content generated by an assistant can be inaccurate or inappropriate; review it before it is sent. You are responsible for your mailbox and for compliance with your mail provider's terms. We may refuse mail servers, limit use, or disable mailbox features to protect the service, recipients, or third parties.

Email outreach

You are solely responsible for the content and lawfulness of every email sent from a connected mailbox, including consent requirements for advertising emails (for example § 7 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition, UWG), data protection law, and anti-spam rules in the recipient's country. The mailbox features are intended for individual business correspondence, not for bulk or unsolicited mass email; use a dedicated email marketing service for permitted campaigns. You must honor objections and requests not to be contacted, for example by adding the address to your do-not-contact list. We may suspend mailbox features or accounts in case of abuse or complaints.

Availability

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

Liability

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every record is complete, current, or suitable for a particular business purpose, and we are not responsible for the actions or output of third-party AI assistants you connect or for emails sent from your mailboxes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will remain available on this page.
